  An extraordinary experience! If this restaurant was in a large city like Toronto, Paris or Rome you would be waiting on a 1-2 year waiting list. The food was outstanding, but more than that it was like no other dinning experience we have ever had a pleasure to be a part off. The chef comes out to speak and joke with you, sees you out and it is extremely cozy and intemate. My wife and I visited after Valentine's Day and left planning our next visit. We ordered the braised bison phyllo pastry and rabbit croquettes to start and our mains were filet mignon and the rack of lamb. The meat was so well cooked it melted in our mouths. This dinning experience is a must for any foodie!

  Wow! A meal and dining experience unlike any other; a family-owned farm by the side of the St Lawrence River with eclectic decor which feels homely and intimate with so much attention to detail, a chef/owner who takes orders and delivers dishes to your table with a story about each ingredient, and the food....oh my.... We called in advance to order the tasting menu and were treated to THE best meal we have ever had; sole and sorrel with mixed leaves, water-bison stew with water-bison gnudi, fillet steak with beet-barley risotto and crispy leeks, and a dish of Glengarry Celtic Blue cheese and chutney that almost brought me to tears, all before a pair of delicious deserts, but by this point my memory was eclipsed by sheer pleasure. Oh and a wine pairing for each course. But what made this exceptional was the owner and chef Clark Day, who sat and chatted with us like an old friend. Great food is made by passionate people who love what they do, but don't take themselves too seriously. Clark made our week and we will be back!
