  I wanted to write a review about my experience at Burger King on Princess Street this evening. First off, the place was disgusting, horribly filthy and unsanitary. This included the employees. One employee in particular had very visible dirt/mud all over the front of his pants. Is this the type of person that you would want preparing your food? Definitely not! A second note, my daughter needed to use the washroom and the upstairs facilities were locked by a gate so we could not go upstairs. Therefore we needed to use the one and only handicapped washroom on the main floor. There was a young man in the washroom for approximately ten minutes, When he finally came out he was carrying a large backpack, a large coat and seemed really out of it ie. staring into space for several minutes and disoriented. Seemed as though something very shady was going on in that washroom as when I went in with my five year old, there was water all over the floor, and blood in the sink. There was also a sharps container in this washroom as well, which did not have a lock and was open. This honestly is terrifying to me as curious children would also need to use that washroom. I am well aware that sharps containers for used needles are supposed to be locked and equipped with a small slot for which to dispose of needles. Scary!! In my opinion based on the overall condition of Burger King some massive cleaning and general policies regarding this establishment need to be seriously reviewed. I am a huge fan of Burger King and I always have been, however after my experience this evening I can say that there is absolutely no way that I will ever enter this place again and I will be telling many people that I know not to go there as well. On that note, I hope for the sake of this business something is done a.s.a.p!! Sincerely, Disgusted Customer!
