  Service is really, really slow. 20 mins after ordering for drinks. Won't provide the check unless you tackle the waiter. There are plenty of options to eat downtown, this shouldn't be one.

  Went there for Birthday celebration lunch and the service and food were above and beyond,in what l expected. With kind friends, l was given many birthday presents, so the helpful waitress help put them on a table, next to us. Also, some of us had the special of the day and it was cooked perfectly and tasted great! There was so much food, that l could not finish it!! The waitress (when noticing it was my birthday celebration lunch) brought us a special dessert treat, for the four of us to share. (She was neither asked or charged us for it. She went above and beyond her duties, during our whole visit!) With having the special of the day and being a resident of Kingston, l received $5.00 off of my meal. Upon showing our parking tickets to Hotel desk staff, we received parking for free!! We were all very impressed with the service from the time we stepped inside the doors. We will be back and we highly recommend your place of business, to family and friends, looking for a great place to go out to eat!! See you soon!!

  First time I went to restaurant it took 10 minutes before the server came to our table and we only ordered drinks. We decided to go back and have dinner and we sat there for 15 mins and didn't even get acknowledged by one member of the staff! Brutal service and as a local very disappointed!
