  14$ dollars for delivery now??? The point of a delivery service is to DELIVER and not take twice the amount of time it would take to get your food/whatever yourself. Your service is to make it easier, not complicated and annoying to deal with. Sucks that I can't give zero stars.

  They recently stopped accepting phone calls asking that all personal orders are made through SMS. Since then the service has been terrible, really slow responses, ridiculous wait times... I waited over an hour and a half for a McDonalds delivery and I'm a 10 minute walk away. The $6 delivery fee is steep but doable if you're lazy and hungry, but factor in the awful service and huge wait and it's absolutely not worth it.

  Quality service when they actually are able to deliver. Have been denied service three days in a row at one point because they had too many deliveries and not enough employee's. What a shame.

  I've ordered from Princess Delivery a handful of times. Over half the time, they're either "at capacity" or won't deliver to the West End of Kingston. I mean really, it's a 15 minute drive from downtown. If it were within walking distance, I wouldn't need a delivery service in the first place. I tried to make an order tonight at it took them 40 minutes just to tell me they couldn't do it. 40 minutes! I could have just went and picked stuff up myself in that amount of time. Ridiculous. For a delivery service, they don't do a whole lot of delivering. Their drivers are nice though, so I'll give them 2 stars instead of 1.
