  I always love going to Sakura with my friends. Or date. It's usually pretty busy. But I never have an issue with the food. I like to go in the evening because there are more options, but it's good either way.

  I sat there for 45 minutes only being served one dish out of the five menu items I ordered. Even the one dish I got was served to the wrong patron. I had to ask twice for any dipping sauce for my first dish, after which ten minutes went by and the food had cooled down. I gave up, and just told the waitress that I wasn't paying and left. The lunch menu is left to be desired, it's essentially everything else other than the top tier dishes, which coincidentally happen to be their most delicious. This is my third bad experience at this place. I think I am going to give Mandarin a try the next time I decide to dine out. Terrible.

  Terrible experience. Service is very bad; awkward & uncomfortable. The rolls upset my stomach. We didn't receive everything we had ordered. When asked for a refund, they gave us $20 back... bill came to $60 and we only received a 2 hand rolls and a 3 6pc rolls. Absolute terrible waste of time and money. Try Choi's Roll on Princess instead. More for less and it won't make you puke.
