Lovely location and decor....undoubtedly some of the best and most consistent service around. Good to preorder due to busy times with lots of queens students. Parking is reasonably available.

Being the only Starbucks on campus conveniently located in Goodes Hall, this Starbucks suffers from chronic understaffing, long waits, inventory issues, and subpar service. Sometimes the line goes out to the middle of Goodes Commons, yet Sodexo couldn't care less about having an extra person making drinks or on cash. Food item availability is hit and miss - with their food display case being empty at times. As for drinks, lower your expectations by a lot and perhaps they'll be met.

The location is convenient for students of commerce and maybe also economics across the street as it's right in Goodes hall. However there's usually a long line during the day.
