  Got moved from our table downstairs to the upstairs because they 'prefer smaller groups downstairs'. Rarely anyone paying attention up here and I'm still waiting for my food. Everyone else got theirs 20 minutes ago. The hanger is real. Update: got the food, a napkin and soya sauce would be nice. Stuck on a bench between people so can't go down and ask myself. Update 2: I just went down and got it myself ----- I've been to this place a lot and have never had such a bad experience. The food was not that great, probably because of everything else. Would recommend NEVER sitting upstairs.

  Had a craving for ramen so decided to try it here because of the good ratings. I guess the ratings were referring to the sushi. We tried the spicy salmon roll which was great, but very disappointed with the ramen. It was lacking flavour, the pork was gross (either very fatty or too firm), and it was not hot enough. Would probably come back for the sushi but definitely do not recommend the ramen.
