  I was coming from Toronto on a group bus that stopped for supper on the way to Montreal. I ask the girl at the counter for 1 crunch wrap, 15 minutes go by and I see it come out onto the counter, so I ask the girl politely if I can just grab the crunch wrap so that I won't be late for my deadline, she doesn't even both ANSWERING me. She just starred at me, as though I was being mean when I was being super polite, and she waited another 10minutes to finally give me the same crunch wrap that had been sitting on the counter that I asked her to give me earlier. When she finally called my number she seemed disappointed and upset, as if she would have liked to make me wait even more. Terrible experience, I hope that girl gets fired for being such an ass hole to her clients.
