Good selection for granola heads and hippies who will pay anything for anything as long as it's cedar wood scented and fair trade.

This was a neat little shop until it was time to pay. They swiped my card then got mad at me for how I paid. If they don't accept a payment they should say so rather than chastise me. There are other locations around the area that may be a better fit to visit.

A go-to health food shop for locals and visitors that's for sure. Tara has been bringing in Montreal bagels for years.... the real ones. So good. As well, you can find all sorts of vegetarian and vegan options here. Fresh local produce and fresh, refrigerated meal options as well. A must stop!
