  I love the teas here,when ever I am in the mall its the first thing I do when I get there,I allways get a different tea to have something different,there are so many teas I do get over welmed when I go in there are normeally three behind the counter,there are no samples..that would be helpful to me..I at times will come in to look around I love all the different pots,cups,but not sure what teas go in each one or if it matters,I recall in November I was going away for a week relling the ladys how I wish I could take my own teas,and have it go in something,the girls did not suggest anything,so as I was leaving another lady came in ask if the thurmess was in? the one lady said yes and thay are on sale..I had came back in to check it out..this was what I was looking for..I was visiting my daughter in Toronto so thought I would just get it at the store were she works...I fine the staff were she works are vary helpfull,there are sampels,thay suggest teas,I get to smell the teas,tha all seem to want to help,then when thay find out who I am..its cute,still get my cup at the mall and have a chat with the girls just wish thay were more helpfull ♥

  Teavana is a delightful store. Teavana is part of the Starbucks family so you can collect points or use your free item there. Teavana items make good gifts. I think that it would be nice to have snack items available while you drink your tea.

  Expensive i never purchased anything here but they always have free tea samples which is good
