  An absolute worst experience. Our running group from the Running Room have been coming here every Sunday for 7 years. Miss if weather is bad . We have niticwd the past month a huge change in service and quality. The location is good for us and we bring in akot of business. Today it took 15 minutes to get a small coffee and a small lemonade. Forget about breakfast it takes too long for a toasted bagel. The manager was in front of us and first off...terrible mannerisms...he said if we didn't like the service too bad. There were 8 of us. I work in a manager position in a large retail grocer. Sad too see a business go down so fast Feel you need to know and speak to your manager. Thankfully. He doesn't work for me

  I like the new decor in Tims. Looks more homey. I also like that they are making real lattes now. Nice to see that they have enacted the new legislation with regard to calories posted. The next step would be to look at things like serving a transfat free ceasar salad dressing.
